These terms apply when you use the HabiVox Android app or web app, made by Ebad Sayed. By using HabiVox, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your account

You need an account to use HabiVox. Keep your sign in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your data

The habits and transactions you add belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run HabiVox for you. The Privacy Policy explains how.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Do not overload, attack or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use HabiVox for anything illegal.

AI features

AI Coach is included free and has usage limits, such as how often a plan can be refreshed each day and week. AI output can be wrong. It is general guidance, not medical, health or financial advice.

Not professional advice

HabiVox helps you keep records. It does not give medical, health, financial or tax advice. Check important numbers yourself.

Free plan and limits

HabiVox is free to download and use. Some features have limits, such as the number of AI Coach refreshes. We may change these limits.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of HabiVox. We try to keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

Ending your use

You can stop using HabiVox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

HabiVox is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by data you entered or AI output you relied on.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
